In-House and Location Photography

by Jeff on February 16, 2012

With Primary’s vision of offering creative support services, we now have expanded our in-house photography studio to include off site location photography as well. Depending on the scope of the project, this can be coupled with on-location retouching as well. Our staff photographer, Scott Mitchell, has already completed dozens of location shoots with positive feedback from all that have worked with him.

Jake Rogers, Studio Manager of Forklift, Primary’s creative services division noted, “Although Primary Color has always offered studio photography services, the addition of Scott in the position
of Photo Studio Manager has allowed us to expand these services to location and lifestyle photography. As a result, we are excited to truly play an active role in the imagery from conception to completion.”

Scott enjoys becoming part of the customer’s photo shoot experience by producing work that the client is very passionate about. He engages with the client’s vision and creative direction and is committed to a final product that meets the client’s expectations.

Primary’s two-thousand square foot photography studio utilizes state of the art camera equipment by Sinar and Canon as well as Broncolor lighting equipment for all studio photography applications. Our photography services are supported by a team of industry-leading color reproducers and creative retouchers that are not afraid to push the boundaries to provide our clients with unique and creative image capture and manipulation options. Additionally whether the shoot is for a catalog, brochure or out of home campaign, the production process is managed and streamlined from image capture to post production to print or web through the appropriate color managed environment.

Scott specializes in product, lifestyle and portrait photography and has experience with virtual 360 and panorama. He is fully mobile for off site photography.
