Shimano, the global brand that promotes happiness through enjoyment of nature and the world around us, has partnered with Primary Color for a web-to-print storefront and production of their retail signage for retail locations nationwide and Canada.
Shimano’s storefront was built by our marketing automation group PRIMARYCONNECT. Our team of rock solid web-developers and implementation consultants collaborated with Shimano through the entire storefront creation process. They offered recommendations for best user experience, ease of online ordering and ways to streamline Shimano’s online workflow.
The storefront allows Shimano to order customizable retail signage, hardware and view real-time inventory levels of their products and get same day shipping of those products. And with PRIMARYCONNECT’S budget tracker integrated into the storefront, Shimano has the ability to monitor and collect data on their sales team purchasing trends.
Shimano now has a web-to-print storefront that solves ordering complexities and quality issues from having to deal with multiple vendors, and reduces turnaround times by creating one centralized location for ordering of POP materials. Their sales team now has a visually rich marketing tool to help enhance the marketing presence in-store.
This web-based storefront gives Shimano superior brand control no matter who is executing the order. When orders are placed, Primary Color is able to color manage Shimano’s brand by having all of our print devices being fingerprinted to each other. This enables us to consistently match color across all print devices and substrates.
